A dedicated and stocked bar can easily be set up for all events, staffed by our friendly volunteers. We have a number of options for this to suit all events, as outlined below.
- Include a drink in your ticket price: a really simple option is to opt for our base package where for $17 per person you get the movie ticket, along with a glass of wine or sparkling or a bottle of beer. You can then charge as much or as little on top of this to reach your fundraising goal.
- 15% of the bar takings go to your charity: here’s a corker for you – we can stock and staff a bar and sell drinks to your guests, then give 15% of the takings at the end of the night to go towards your fundraising goal. You can then set a great value ticket price and not have to worry about organising anything else.
- Bring your own: if you’d like to bring your own drinks in, your ticket price becomes $13 per person. This will include the bar setup, linen, ice, compostable plastic cups, a responsible person for the service of alcohol and the liquor licence. If you are selling drinks on the evening then you’ll need to provide a person to handle the cash. If you’d prefer your drinks to be served in glass, please feel free to hire this from an events company and have it delivered. You’ll need to ensure that they can be taken away dirty, preferably the following day, as we don’t have washing or storage facilities on site. This service charge covers the cost of the items included above and acts to offset the loss in our Candy Bar from you bringing in external items so it is also applied to any soft drinks you bring in for your bar offering.

HELPING THE PLANET
We use compostable plastic cups from BioPak for serving our wine and bubbles. All glass bottles are sent for recycling.
