Morning Memories – American Songbook

Friday 4 July marks Independence Day in the USA, so to mark the occasion we present The Great American Songbook, featuring a variety of musical performers with favourite pieces from the great American composers. Brian Smedley presents an historical musical journey on the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ, Chinese Soprano Lia, new to Adelaide and Capri audiences, presents some well loved operatic arias, Richard Larritt plays Annie Get your Gun on the Wurlitzer, favourites Ukelishus return to the Capri for some musical fun, and 20 members of the Unley Concert Band take to the stage with delightful music drawn from their vast repertoire.
